Greencroc LLC is a U.S.-based company engaged in applied research and innovation focused on the development of sustainable materials and bio-based technologies. We have extensive experience in the development and practical implementation of environmentally responsible technologies. Our work combines scientific expertise, practical engineering, and international project experience to advance science-based, scalable solutions with clear industrial and environmental impact.

How we work

Our work is structured in sequential steps, from applied research to product development and manufacturing scale-up. We define the problem, establish the theoretical basis, identify practical applications, develop technologies and formulations, and conduct production trials to refine processes and validate scalability. Each development is evaluated based on material performance, scalability, environmental impact, and feasibility for manufacturing and implementation within the United States.

Where we work

Our planned U.S. R&D and manufacturing activities are focused on California and Texas, respectively. These locations are intended to support technology refinement, process optimization, and evaluation of production scalability within the U.S. regulatory and industrial environment. We plan to expand by establishing additional manufacturing sites in other U.S. states, including economically disadvantaged regions, and to support international implementation through technology transfer and strategic partnerships.

Our innovation activities focus on applied research and development of sustainable materials and bio-based technologies derived from biological and industrial resources that accumulate in large volumes and are often underutilized or discarded. We prioritize biomass streams associated with significant environmental and logistical challenges and develop efficient processing pathways that enable their conversion into functional materials, while supporting safe reintegration into natural and industrial cycles. Each innovation advances through applied research, product development, and process optimization, with a clear pathway toward practical, scalable manufacturing and implementation in the United States.
